What Is Domain Monitoring?
Our Domain Monitoring platform enables you to remove the worry about your domain. There are 5 elements we check regularly to ensure your domain is healthy.
Uptime Monitoring
Checks every 5 minutes that your website is up and healthy. We send a http request to your website to ensure your website is up and running, and also doesn't redirect. This helps us check if you've got downtime on your website, or if there's a redirect which is often a sign of a hacked site.
Domain Expiration Monitoring
Hourly checks for when your domain will expire. We'll check when your domain will expire and alert you via text or email 7 days out.
SSL Monitoring
Hourly checks that your SSL Certificate is valid, and when it will expire. Alerts at 14 days to expiration This helps you build trust with your customers that you're protecting them and their data.
DNS Monitoring
Hourly checks for changes to your DNS including Nameservers. Often a sign of a hacked domain registrar to send visitors to a different website we ensure we know about it and can step in to rectify the issue.
Blacklist (Spam) Monitoring
Weekly checks to ensure your domain hasn't been added to any blacklists, which could impact user experience navigating to your site, or email deliverability.
Notifications
We'll notify you if there's any issue and 14 days before your domain is set to expire so you can ensure it's renewed.
