We use Stripe as our payment provider, which uses automatic payments on the due date.
For care plans:
- We offer a 10 day grace period from the due date if no payment has been received.
- After 10 days, if no payment has been received we will revoke all premium features as part of your care package, however, the hosting will stay in effect
- After 20 days of overdue payment, we reserve the right to implement an overdue payment page on the front page of your site
- If no payment has been received within 30 days of the original payment due date, your hosting will be cancelled and a backup will be provided
For SEO Plans:
- If the invoice is not paid on time, we will not begin the next month's service. Once the invoice is paid, we will restart your plan.
